The G.R.I.N.D. program is an intense progressive training that caters to the athlete who seeks more than what is typically offered. We provide an understanding how the human body reacts in different situations. Our programs enhance the instinctive control mechanisms involved in muscle control resulting in movement. Explosive speed and strength along with rapid response and reflexes are essential to become an extraordinary athlete. Developing the body and mind as a unit is the goal.

G.R.I.N.D. incorporates the Kondo Method™ in addition to providing specific training regimes based on the athlete's current level of performance. All G.R.I.N.D. participants are evaluated before their multi-level training program begins. The G.R.I.N.D. program includes:

RECORDED PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Because seeing is believing! Seeing what you are doing incorrectly is more profound when it is immediately shown so an athlete can recognize their error visually and immediately mentally correct the action with their next attempt. This develops a more clear neural pathway to the desired effort. It is in the details that build a masterpiece, and the visual aid provides exceptional coaching as a tool for our clients.

UNLIMITED DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM

A comprehensive system designed to approach overall mental and physical training from an individually prescribed angle. With a varied combination of different techniques, we will strengthen, balance and bring flexibility to the areas that are lacking. The system is designed for that particular individual to surpass pre established limits and expectations, and develop into the fully functional ATHLETE they were designed to be.

PRO STYLE DEVELOPMENT

Designed specifically for the athlete, professional and amateur, the many methods used are designed to constantly challenge the athlete mentally and physically to develop an unparallel connection between the two. This subsequently allows the athletes’ movement to become instinctive and thus allow them to ultimately become artistically creative with their body movement when challenged, such as PELE with the windmill kick, or LYNN SWANN with his acrobatic catches.

HOUSING

Three separate - 2 bedroom condominiums are available for those who need accommodations close to our facility, fully furnished, with weekly cleaning service.

ALL INITIAL SESSIONS ARE FREE. ONLY SERIOUS ATHLETES WHO UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THEIR BODY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
