The primary concept that puts us above and beyond any facility is our training method. Our training method maximizes an individual's physical ability without risk of injury or injury strains. It is actually a preventative method of training. I call it “the KONDO Method™”.
What is the “KONDO Method™”? It is an integrative method that uses many forms of understanding. Through deliberate and concentrated movements The “KONDO Method” can develop a more stable human being. The Initial phase of the method begins with using your own body as resistance. This is done to reacquaint you with how you were meant to move; the development of better spatial awareness and body control is a byproduct of the method. In the process you will also develop more neural connections to individual muscle groups, therefore strengthening reactive times and developing a more instinctive body. All of this is stimulated through focus and flexion.
Unlike other training facilities the removal of any footwear except socks is paramount with the method. It is said; "the legs feed the wolves" Well it is the feet that feed everything. It is most commonly the weakest and most unstable appendage on the body, yet it is the very thing that keeps us in motion, it is our foundation. Shoes were made to protect from the rigors of the outside world but they have evolved to support a body that is strengthened through constant challenges. When we remove the crutches we allow your body to begin stabilizing and strengthening from the bottom up. Ankle flexibility and strength will stabilize the knees, the hips and the back.

Not only does the “KONDO Method” strengthen the physical structures of the body, but it also helps develop the mental fitness of our clients as well. Our programs challenge the psychological fitness of our clients and increase their ability to make health conscious decisions. This helps extend their physical capabilities that were previously limited by their mental state. A healthy lifestyle is not simply the time and energy spent in an exercise facility; it is about the continuation and practical application of the disciplines that we teach.
The Kondo Method™ also includes the integration of multiple disciplines outside of physical movement. It also includes the management our our body systems in combination with the focused training routines. The purpose for the complimenting principles is to aid the body in recovery and improve overall health. The complete Kondo Method™ includes, but is not limited to the implementation of:
