The goals for training and exercise vary from one individual to the next. For that, we have set up varying levels of goal-oriented programs. The level that each of our clients begins with is based on an evaluation of their current level of health and fitness. Although our clients come to us with the expectation of starting at a certain level, we find that we must first teach them some of the basic principles of the Kondo Method™ in order for them to achieve their fitness goals.
